MJ travel dinnerAs you may know, I recently returned from Japan – a wonderful place to visit - but getting there and back is horrendous! My experiences on these long journeys has given me a lot to think about regarding how to travel “well” and I would love to share my thoughts with you.

In my next few newsletters we will talk about everything from food to movement.  We are in the midst of travel season, so I hope you will find the information, tips and videos helpful in making your travel experience as “well” as can be.

In this issue, I have a bone to pick with travel food. (not literally - I am a pescatarian)

If you know me at all, you know that I hold dearly the belief that healthful food is the foundation for health and wellness.  Multiply that by a hundred when you travel.

Can Mamachari's Save the Earth

Correction:

In my Blog from Japan I referenced a book by Chester Leibs as "Can Mamachari's Save Tokyo".  The current working title is: Can Mamachari's Save the Earth,  published by Yoshensha.   Unfortunately the book is planned to be published only in Japanese.  Hopefully we will see an English version very soon - right Chester?
