    As you may know, I recently returned from Japan – a wonderful place to visit - but getting there and back is horrendous! My experiences on these long journeys has given me a lot to think about regarding how to travel “well” and I would loveto share my thoughts with you.

    In my next few newsletters we will talk about everything from food to movement.  We are in the midst of travel season, so I hope you will find the information, tips and videos helpful in making your travel experience as “well” as can be.
