Returns Policy Overview

You may return new, unopened items sold by doctormaryjayne.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once the item has been received and processed.

Items that are Not Returnable

Doctormaryjayne.com does not accept returns of the following items:

• Any product missing the serial number or UPC

• Items purchased from sellers other than doctormaryjayne.com

• Electronic downloadable items
