Welcome to Foam Roll Pilates!

The Foam Roll is a wonderful piece of equipment because it is lightweight, inexpensive, can be used to help improve form, to challenge the core in an unstable environment, provide myofascial release and even relaxation and massage.

This Program is geared toward the experienced Pilates Student who is looking for greater core challenge and precision.

The  first part of the Video will focus on revisiting Pilates exercises you may already know and adapting them to the Foam Roll.

The last part of the Video will provide techniques for myofascial release and relaxation.

This package includes the DVD and a white foam roll with an option to upgrade to a black roll.
